    What router do you have?
If you have dsl, what modem do you have?
    Which firewall do you have?

I will give you the direct links to the guides.

On the bottom of your router it should have a sticker that has the model number of the router. It is easy to setup a server, there is just some key information that you need to know though.

You only have to open the 8767 udp port for the server to work. The 14534 is the webadmin panel and the 51234 is the tcp query port. These only need to be open if you want to be able to access the webadmin from outside the lan and the tcp query port rarely has a reason to be open except if you are using a tsviewer server from a place like www.tsviewer.com

They are guides. They should guide you through the setup and configuration of the port forwarding and firewall exceptions.
