    People are really loud

Ok, well ever since I reformatted and re-installed Team speak, people are very very loud and some i can't understand because the audio is so bad. I have never had this problem before and even the quiet people I know are super loud. I have my volume half way or less and people are still really loud....

    How can I fix this?

I have an on-board audio thing: Realtek AC97 Audio

EDIT: Also, it comes out very bad quality sound and it isn't very crisp like it used to be. Sound slike instead of crisp sound that you can understand people, it blurred or whatever and you can't understand them. This doesn't happen with any other things I use with sound: Ventrillo, Music, Games, etc.

Can someone please seriously help me??

TS Client>settings>sound input/output> There is a volume control there.

But there's nothing to deal with incoming volume. (If all settings are defaults, exactly: Output Volume set to "normal")

Yea only for voice activation level and my output volume. Not the incoming volume.

Output means sound played through speakers. Turning it down makes the voices lower.

    Just to clarify:
It controls sound level relative to system volume level.
I.e. if You have WinAMP playing in background, with "normal" output volume You usually can't distinct channel speakers from music. In this example, You may slide TS Volume control about 1/4 to right and channel sound will overcome Your background music.
