    Let me get this straight.

I'd like to create a server for my guild on World of Warcraft. I have read that if we are a non-profit organization (which we are, I don't plan on charging anyone anything, merely for recreation), running a server is free. IS this true? Do I need a running website? Any how many people can I fit on the server with it still being legal?

    Thanks in advance.

    FAQ for the exact answer.

You are officialy not a non-profit organisation, unless youre registered.

You are a group / clan / guild that does not charge anythign for the teamspeak. therefore you are allowed to have a maximun of 1000 users on 1 server.

So in short, yes you can host and use the TS and not have to pay for it.
