Teamspeak Input Problem w/ Certain Games

Hey I am having this problem with certain games where my teamspeak/microphone stops sending my voice when I open certain games. I am 100% positive this is the issue because the second I minimize the game my voice can be heard again.

The following games have done this: Gunbound, ArmA

Other games (Mostly Steam-based games such as DoD:Source, Counterstrike: Source) don't give me this error. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have a solution for it?

If any further information about my system is required please feel free to ask!

Run it as an admin.

Run what as an admin? I am a SA on the Teamspeak server I play on and I am an Administrator on the computer :S

Right click on the executable>run as an administrators

I seem to have similar issues w/ Team Speak as I do w/ Ventrillo.

They work for a few moments w/ sending my voice, then it stops, though I can still hear everyone else just fine. It seems out of the three programs I have (TS, Vent, Skype) only Skype works 100% w/out issues.

I also run Windows Vista, which I think is the root of the problem, cause I never had this problem w/ XP.

I'll give this 'run as Administrator' thing a go next time I need to run w/ my guild on City of Heroes/Villains, since I just run things on default w/ the exception I use Insert as my push to talk button.

can i ask what sound card you are running and operating system.

I have the exact same bug and on my machine i can locate it down to EAX + Alchemy using Windows Vista + Soundblaster X-Fi Xtreme gamer sound card.

Running Teamspeak as administrator seems to have worked for me.

Had no voice input problems on XP but on this laptop, unsuprisingly bundled with Vista, this issue appeared with Dawnspire. Output worked fine as others have said. Seems like you'll have to run most of the programs as administrator for now.
