Bad Username/Password ERRor HELP pls

Hello
I am getting a bad login username/password error when i try to log into my clan's TS server
i have checked with our ADMIN about 10 times now to verify my username/password
it is correct and i am still getting the error when i try to log in?

anyone got any suggestions?

if you have heard this befor pls point me to the forum post where it was fixed.

Nickname: Choose any name you like
Loginname: your account name on the teamspeak server. make sure that it's the same like you registered with the server
password: your account password.

if you haven't an account yet, leave loginname blank and only enter the server's password in the password field

Also when you make your account and password to your registeration make sure you remember it clearly. Our server for exmaple is capitzation sensitve! Which means if you make your login name Admin and but you type admin you will get an error.
