Cannot connect to server by LAN or WAN

I have been running a TS2 server for over a half year now. It worked perfect till yesterday when I update's to the newest version. Somebody pointed to me that my server was very hack-able. So I updated the server software.

The version I was using (and worked) was v2.0.r20.b1 Win32. Now I have the latest version v2.0.r24.b1 Win32. The server is running Windows 2000 Server with no firewall or aniti virus.

But now the problem, with the new version i can only connect to the server with the localhost (the server). If I try to connect by LAN, my other pc. It says, no server running or time-out. WAN is not working also obviosly

When I start the old server (I backupped it), then it works fine.

I have even tried a complete new install of the new server software, in default it doesn't work either.

When I move the complete new server directory to my other PC which is running Windows 2000 Prof, it doens't work either, but when I move the directory to my other computer which is running Windows XP home, it works fine.

My Router is a Cisco 831 router, with the port mapping mapped to the server. And it worked with the old version. So the router may not be a problem.

When I read the logs I saw this piece:

Have you tried restarting the server computer and then start TS to see if it picks up?

The strange thing is that is does work on my Windows XP computer, but not on my Windows 2000 Prof and Windows 2000 Server machines. The old versions works on all three.

Have you tried to BindToIP in the ini already?

I edited the server.ini, and set the BindToIp1 to the static LAN adress of the server (10.0.0.4). I saved the file, rebooted the machine and started TS. It still doesn't work.

I can join the server if I connect to 10.0.0.4 on the server, when I try to connect to the server from an other machine, it just cant connect

    [20:37:29] Connecting to 10.0.0.4:8767
    [20:37:32] No reply from server
    Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
When I start the old server, it just works.

    My server.ini

This is obviosuly a problem with the server update. You shouldn't have to change the configuration because you got a security update. Present the problem in this thread: http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=39099
