I am aware that this problem may have been posted before but i can't find something that is relavent to me.

when I open teamspeak and log in or go to local test mode when I talk or push to talk a lot of static is generated that is really loud and unbarable the head set I am using is a Creative HS-300 and my sound card is a sound blaster live! 2.4 bit dose anyone have some suggestion on how to sort this out I have used the windows trouble shooter and the teamspeak FAQ but I can not find anything to help my problem
