    Server will not remember

My ts server will not remember registered users and settings once they are made.

It is weird as it remembers me as Super Admin but it will not remember registered users.

I could not find anything in the F.A.Q. is why I ask here.

Sorry if this is already posted but Search did not give me a post about it.

My server Admin says the folder permissions are correct.

    Thank you for your time.

Ok thank you I will get this info to my server admin tomorrow. He said he checked all permissions but then again we all make mistakes too.

Well my server Admin tried to reset the permissions but that does not seem to be it. He used the command: chmod a+w server.dbs to try and set the permissions.

What command(s) should he be using? We are both new to T.S. obviously.

He is another log file with todays try ant getting it set.

Ok we tried that and no luck. My server admin is pretty good at knowing about permissions as well. It shows it as saved properly in the client but on the html pages for the admin settings it shows as the old settings even after you hit saved.
It really is kind of annoying. Is it a bug in the TS2 coding itself?

Wanted to add: We are running the news Mysql,Apache and PHP stuff available on our server as well.

Is the database the standard SQLite or a MySQL db?
From what i see user X started teamspeak, and it tries to write stuff in the database.
Database says User X? He is not in my acces list, i deny his input.

Thats why i am still believing it is a user / group permission error..
Might be something else tho, but then its above my league.

We had restarted the server and the log might have been taken while it was down. My server admin is the only one who has access to the back side of everything so no probs with security there.

I will get back to ya later. Thank you for your time.

If chmodded to 777 everyone will be bale to acces it if they look in the right spot.
    Digit 1: Your permissions
    Digit 2: Group's Permissions
    Digit 3: Everyone's permissions.

So if the database gets a 777 then everyone that knows how to look for it has acces to it.
