How can i Access controls remotely?

Localy is this

http://localhost:14534/slogin.html
or
http://localhost:14534/login.html

but how can i get my other admins to access superadmin or admin from their computers

i have tired

http://my ip or domain:14534/slogin.html
http://my ip or domain:14534/login.html
http://my ip or domain:my ts port/slogin.html
http://my ip or domain:my ts port/login.html
