    How many users i can let in to my server with 512 network?

    So i have server at my home... my internet connection is 1M download and 512 upload. So how many users i can let in to my server without lagging? Is there any kind of list like:

    Connection - Max users

    You know what i maybe mean

    Edit:and when Teamspeak 3 will be available and can i build server to my friends etc. with ts3 like ts2?
