I get muted after a couple minutes - Using Vista and SigmaTel

OK I have the strangest problem. When I connect to TeamSpeak everyone can hear me fine. The volume and the quality of sound are perfect. After a couple minutes, however, people on the TS server lose me, like I was muted for some reason. On my end everything is still fine, I can hear people ok, and the microphone display in the control panel is still registering inputs. I can solve the problem by changing channel, changing the properties of the channel (like the codec), or changing the input device in TS proper. Also, if I run a conversation on Skype at the same time as chatting on TeamSpeak, I won't get muted as long as Skype is open.

I am running TS 2.0.32.60 on Microsoft Vista 32 bit. I have a Dell computer with a SigmaTel soundcard. To my knowledge all my drivers are up to date. I started to have this problem maybe 2 weeks ago, before everything was fine. At first I thought that it was the microphone on my headset failing, but changing the headset does not solve the problem. Now I think it's some driver conflict, maybe because of a Vista upgrade, but I don't know.

The problem get resolved when I run the program as an administrator. I have admin rights in my account, but I need to right click on the program and start it using the "run as an administrator" option.

It still doesn't explain why I was able to run the program normally for months, but anyway if the problem reappears I'll repost.
