RC2 Server Crashing For No Reason

Hey Seems My RC2 server is crashing after about 4 to 5 hours of running. Im not Sure Why Just seems to crash. And freezes the whole Box.

System

win XP Pro

256 k mem

TS RC2 Server is the only app on this box I dont know y its crashing

Carrys on like this in the log for a long time. Whats up with this?

I also noticed that TS2 RC2 is useing hella more Bandwith Than the RC1 aslo with the mad crashing im a lil weary of this new version. Im going to try to reinstall it. because i did install to the same directory as the previous version. But it still seems to use much more band with. makeing it difiucult for me to host off my cable connection and still have a decent ping. With no one talking Pings are normal and with peeps talking ping goes though the roof. I only have 2 boxes on this IP the TS server and my GameRig. Whats up with this bandwith transition?

how did you determen that rc2 uses more bandwidth than rc1?

Ive found RC2 uses less or around the same, i definately noticed that it doesnt seem to affect my pings as much as it used too.

Ahm... have i got you right there? You installed in the same directory... wait... somehow there has been some words about that... ohh yeah rite.. on the main page

Uhm.. just a thought but could that be your problem?

There is absolutely no reason nor proof that RC2 uses more bandwidth than RC1. Whey should a certain codec which is the only factor in bandwith usage suddenly start using up more bw while staying at same quality?

Could it be that you have had your server on CELP codecs and forgot about changing the rooms on your RC2 server from GSM back to CELP?

Can your problem be reproduced or did it just happen once and might have been some issue with your ISP?

I found the Bandwith Problem For me it ws the client. I noticed that when more than one person talked my pings went through the roof it isnt a resources thing sine the server is on a different box. I idled back the bandwith between my client ans my server to 128 instead of unlimited and now my pings stay rock solid. I will however reinstall to a seperate directory that could be causeing the crashing deal. I didnt bother reading the Readme Before installation that is my fault. But thanks for the replys. I just woke up do if this dosent make sence im sorry brain isnt awake yet.
