    Angry Port 8767 log-in issue

I've discovered that I can't log into any TS server ending with the port 8767. I can, however, log into any other server using any other port. I've used TS before, never had this issue. I've done port forwarding for my router, everything possible and still no luck. I can even ping the server IP (minus port) and get a quick response. Error is the typical "Server offline". I know it's online, since my alliance in EVE-Online uses it everyday and I'm the only person having connection issues. I have checked with my ISP, they aren't blocking the port and have no idea why this is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just a note, upon further research on the web server list, I found that any port using "87**" won't allow me to connect. I ran debug and this is what I got:

running a firewall of some kind blocking that port maybe? depending on what your running set it to allow connections threw it... or are you using internet at a uni or something?
