can i use multiple PTT keys?

not control + atl + a but rather push a to talk or push b to talk.

sounds stupid i know but i play arma and it would be nice to be able to bind a joystick button for talking as well as the mouse button (that i am currently using) to talk when i am flying a heli or plane. mostly helis as it constantly requires 2 hands.
