not letting us log into TS

For 3 days now unable to log onto our teamspeak.. comes up with error bad name or password.. have never had a problem with it until now.. Not sure why's this way now

You give the error yourself, bad username or password..

A. You made a fault B. Your details are removed from the serve

Nothing we can do about it

How can i get it to start working again since there isn't anything you can do about it

We are paying for this server .. it went off while we were using it and then came up with that error and won't let us back in.. We haven't done anything different for the last year and half that we've had TS.. We want it fixed or we will seek out an alternative and would like a refund since you are saying you can't do anything

Why the hell do you come here demanding a refund? Go back in your corner and start thinking who you pay for the server!!
Thats the one you need to talk to. Not here.

In case you didnt notice this is a forum for teamspeak problems, and if you dont explain a dam thing we cant help! Its not like we have a crystal ball to consult to see what error you made.
