TS2 Server on Vista 64bit

Hi all,
Sorry for my poor English.

I'm using Vista 64bit and I wanna install Teamspeak 2 server on it.

I have 2 PCs and 1 router.

I can connect to the server by using IP 192.168.1.XXX on TS2 client.
But my friends can't connect to my server by using my domain(www.salin.idv.tw) and the client always received an error message:

No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it
]

What ports i should set to my router?Should I set my firewall on Vista?
And....if that TS2 Server is free?

Yes vista has a firewall.

I turn off my firewall but it still can't work....

I redirect these ports to my server: 51234 , 14534 , 8767

It still can't work....>"<

You must go to Whatsmyip.nl send that ip what u get there to your friend. maybe thats the problem.

Do you have DSL?

You are sure that you correctly configured the port forwarding?
