Server connect window refuses to close

Odd little problem, been using TS years without fault and i've asked pretty much everyone i know about this issue i keep having and nobody has a clue, so hopefully somebody on here can help me, basically if i have teamspeak open and i drag//resize any other window it will cause the server connect window to pop up over teamspeak it cannot be closed without killing TS in the processes, i can interact//click the buttons but it never actually does anything

Like i said, i can move both windows, i can click the buttons and use keybinding's i just cant close the damned thing without ctrl+alt+delete and ending the process
One thing did just occur to me though while saving that image in paint, which also has a similar problem, is i'm 95% sure none of these problems happend when i had 1 monitor but i don't know if that's related or not, thanks again
