Help...my server is running internally, but i cant access it from outside.

ok here is my delema.

Our teamspeak2 server is running on a seperate system on our network. we have set it up and it can be accessed internally by anyone on the network.

we have set the firewall to allow access to it from out side through the port 8767 on both UDP and TCP.

I can see the server on the web through the search for server list. and it even asks me for the password when i try and choose it.

but no one can get access to it from outside the network. i cant even log on from another comp as the admin using the external address.

the result when trying to log on comes back with "no reply from server"

can anyone explain this to me? how do i fix this issue? and what is the issue?

You need both inbound and outbound UDP traffic to be allowed on 8767 port.
I saw it as typical problem for many software firewalls.

I have checked into it and it is set to let both inbound and outbound going through the port. on both the router and the firewall, but yet it still comes up to the outside world saying that it can not be accessed.

did you also FORWARD the ports to the correct internal IP adres??

they are set up to be forwarded to those ports.
