    Banned IP?

    One of my admins forgot his password and after numerous tries to log in, he received the the message that his ip was banned. I myself am an admin and his Ip isnt in the banned IP list. Is this just a time sensitive issue or is this ban something that cant be changed. I rent a server and do not have super admin privledges. Any help would be appreciated

    after 10 minutes he shoudl be able to try again.
