    Can't Seem To Host A Server

    People can't seem to join my server after portfowarding , offing my firewall
    allowed the ports through my firewall etc etc...i've read through alot of threads , guides and other stuff and i can't seem to find a solution to my problem.

    i'm using windows vista , my router is a linksys BEFW11S4 i've went to portforward and done everything there and people can't seem to join. i've given them my WAN IP which i got from whatsmyip.com and yet not able to join.and i've also done some other stuff. i'm not really that knowledgable first time trying to host a TS server. can some one help me the help is greatly appreciated thanks.
