Witch link to login admin panel ?

If iam by my mother, and i will change the settings of teamspeak, witch link i must enter to login admin panel, or can that only be changed by the pc where teamspeak is hosted at ?

I hope for some reactions.

short answer:
if you allowed(and portforwarded) that port on firewall-s, router-s (server side)
use the adress you entered in teamSpeak client with correct port for adminPanel in yours browser.
