Can't find error
This is all my information I set up for TS server host, Can someone tell me why it doesn't allow connections please?

This is my router, I also added that port 34833 to my internet
fire wall exceptions open port TCP and UDP exceptions

Hmm i cant see u first picture.
i have an timteout, check the links pls.
but the port 34883 is not a standart port

Make sure that you can connect using localhost:34833.
Then make sure that your modem does not act as a router and check to make sure that all of the ip's of the devices are what they are supposed to be.
