check
C:\Users\kai\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Teamspeak2_server
and
C:\Program Files\Teamspeak\
delete both server.db files to reset ts.
When you install TS you install as administrator. When you run ts you start it as a user.
Running it as admin you use the program files server.db.
When you run it as a user you use the server.db in the virtualstore.

Delete both if there is information that you do not need. That way you will start with a new server and no confusion
Then check the server.log file for your admin passwords in the virtual store TS server folder.
C:\Users\kai\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Teamspeak2_server
C:\Program Files\Teamspeak\

I can see that.
Just go to those locations on your C: driver and you should find a file called server.dbs for both of them.
P.S. That is your LAN ip only or people on your lan can connect with that address. People outside your lan have to use your lan ip.
Check out this guide for configuring the server.

and don't forget to open your ports and make rules at your Firewall, or disable it, if your router have a Firewall.

In the guide I posted is a link for your router problems. www.portforward.com is just about the best place for configuring your router.
