No One Can Connect To My Sever

Hello All I have followed all of instructions and weeded through (as much as I can) the forums for a fix. No one outside my network can connect to my server. I have ran the Teamspeak test results below, I opened port for UDP. When I go to my server to view my ip it just shows my 192.168.2.2.

I have a Belkin N Wireless router with a Westell DSL Modem/Router. The router function on the westell have been disabled, and is actins a bridge connection modem only. I can of course connect to my server, but other are getting server may be offline etc. Please help a newbie. Lastly am I suppose to give them my ISP ip address or my router ip address

Step 3 - Perform the Tests
    Performing UDP test...
Establish a connection with the server good
Verify that it is a TeamSpeak 2 server good
    Perform connection handshake good
Retreive a list of active channels good

    Performing TCP test...
Establish a connection with the server no good
Verify that it is a TeamSpeak 2 server no good
Retreive the servers global information no good

    Performing HTTP test...
Establish a connection with the server good
Verify that it is a TeamSpeak 2 server good
Retreive the servers version information good

Step 4 - Show the Results
The UDP connection test finished without errors!

The UDP test could establish a connection to your TeamSpeak server. Your voice server can be accessed by anybody anywhere on the Internet.

The TCP connection test finished with errors!

The TCP test could not establish a connection to the specified server.

    Possible reasons:
    1. You entered an invalid server address or port number.
    2. You're using a software firewall or router, which is preventing a connection to the server.

The HTTP connection test finished without errors!

The HTTP test could establish a connection to your TeamSpeak server. Your servers web interface can be accessed by anybody anywhere on the Internet.

They will not be able to hack into your computer from you running a TS server.

You should not have a problem at all if you are only forwarding TS's ports.
