TS3: Special Effects for User Volumes
I'd like to be able to create volume effects for other users. (To customize how loud or soft they sound to me.)
I sometimes come across people who even with Mic Boost and their mic volume all the way up will still sound quiet.
Amplifiers in users' sound setup screens may also help remedy this, but I would still like to be able to customize how loud or soft someone's sound comes across to me.
Sorry if this has been suggested already. And if this is already planned and I wasn't aware, I'd like to know

I would like to see at least one person use the damn search and stop posting the same thing another said every couple of days.
