All Data Lost When I Reboot Server Or PC

I have set up a team speak server and everything was working perfectly until I restarted this pc..

When I tried to re-log back in all the data was lost...

I am running a static I.P. in my network settings....

It just seems as if the server is loosing all the data...and I can't log back in as a registered user....

    Thanks guys,

I was able to figure it out last night by messing with it myself.

I am running vista and I remembered with some programs you had to run them as an administrator and some you had to run as XP...

So I check both boxes and restarted the server and it's not loosing all the data anymore when I reboot or restart the server....

Hope this might help some of the other people with Vista.....
