one note: we did setup the firewall on router/modem device with that.
and I think destination had user defined to the TeasmSpeak LAN IP

On most routers, firewall set for protection by default, also when you creating portforwarding rules, it making exceptions for these rules automatically too.
You should not touch router's firewall unless you want to call troubles on your ass or you sure know it's required in order for everything to work properly.
