Skype has always sounded better than just about everything..now they are giving away their codec. I am suggesting the TS folks take a gander:

They may take a look at this, however, TeamSpeak may not want everyone to know that they use "Skype" as their voice codec, which is basically what that is.

Anyhow, We'll see what TS3 brings us, I personally love Speex, and it provides a fantastic voice quality, that provides in my opinion, better quality then Skype.

1. skype sux laught at them people who love clicking on shiny buttoms use it. cuz they dont even wanna to give a damm about some app that you have to setup somehow since they would think what the f* why cant I just click next and everything is done ??
2. there was note about some new codecs so far I know in devs blog or somewhere. Do we need to garbage everything in ?

Try Vendetta, and see how it is. Im not quite sure whether they use the exact same codec or that the current one is improved but Vendetta use TS3 technology..
