?? What is a Security token??

I can't load the hvdi.dll.. when I do the search in forums I get a message box that says I don't have a secutiry token contact my system admin.. That is me!!
So what should i tell myself about the hvdi.dll not loading and I tried the download of the main client and then the re-distibuteable one, on top of it. that Did Not work either.. I had ts up and running last week b4 a serious crash in my system. that being repaired. Now I can't reload TS and get any thing other than noise. it starts out low and slow and in about 3 seconds it tears my ears off with the feed back. Please Sugg something other than redownloading it for the 6th time today. Bewilldered Cat
