Member joined voice saying username?

Would it ever be possible to have TS say who is joining a room. Instead of just saying "Member joined" have it say "Username joined"? I play games in full screen and only have 1 monitor so it would be really nice to have this as a feature. I used to use Team Speak Overlay but it doesn't work for Vista and according to the site, they aren't developing it anymore.

Well, since usernames tend to be rather unique, I suppose the text-to-speech engine would have some serious trouble in pronouncing most of them correctly.

However, at least as far as I know, there will be somekind of an overlay system implemented into TeamSpeak 3 (something similar to the current TeamSpeak Overlay add-on). This should be enough to provide a solution for the full screen gamers.

But any ways when it's done it's done.
