"Connection timed out" problem
First thing is : Hello to all TS community im new here

Well so my problems is that i was using TS for a pretty long time now for gaming purposes with no problems whatsoever
However the last few days I've been encountering problems in any type of server when I was with fellow clan mates in the same chan I would get a "Connection timed out" message every time and it would just drop me out of the server
Anyone knows how to stop the problem? Thanks in advance !

hi to all , i think know what a problem , because i have same problem . this problem can coming from our provider , or not exatly provider, i mean we have here problem in outpoint from israel , i asked my teacher for this question , and he agree with , and he sad also that he will check this , and may be will find a solution, or we will need simply to wait.
and one question , which provider do you have?Last edited by rontsap; 03-05-2009 at 14:59.

listen , i have 012 , and this not only with TS problem , and problem not with TS, because when i playing Battlefield 2 , and trying to connect to my server , i have there same problem , server disconnect me after few second , and writing to me "connection lost", so we need find a problem no in TS . we must check our providers. try to build trace route from command line to your ip , and check where you have problem. so i am here , and we will try to find solution.

As a little tid bit, are you on a wireless? If you are, try to do a direct connect.
If not, then i agree with the above, try traceroute.

no , i don't using wireless, but yesterday from my work i tryed to connect to TS , it was same problem
listen , now i checked a route , and found something strange, i saw that's one ip givving me sometimes stars , so i gone to program that's calling "visualRoute 2009" and build route there to my server on Battlefield 2 and to server of TS where my channel is, and build route to local website, and what i saw, that's when i building to ip behind my country, a route going via ip like this (80.179.166.110) (last number changing ) and there i see around 30-50% loss packets , and when i checked for local ip , a route don't going via this hope(point), after this i thought that's may be problem when i connecting to ip's in Europe , and build route to Russain web server , and same hope i saw again , and after this in the end i chekcked a route to google.com that's locate in Usa , and again this hope, ahh and this ip on hope number 4.
and one more thing i saw that's hope number 2 with static ip (212.199.17.146) given me all the time around 20-25% loss packets , and when i trying to connect to local ip this hope given me 0% loss packets.
END :-)
