how do i activate the auto voice normalization
ive been looking through the settings and trying to find it on message boards but i cant find how to turn on the voice normalization because some people are significantly louder than others.

I don't think there is a setting for that. The people that are talking to loud need to lower there mic volume.

u sure
if you google "teamspeak automatic voice normalization" it come up with a bunch of hits about it being there because there is no induvidual volume controls

If you have TeamSpeak 2 Client 2.0.33.7 then it looks to me like it's automatic.
