University Network
Hello there,I'm having problems with teamspeak and any voip. Specifically,teamspeak says it cannot connect and should check if the client has teamspeak, but everyone else logs fine. I'm in a university network, but I called the network techs and they sayed that no port is being filtered whatsoever. I have tried closing my antivirus and also checked if I had disabled any services cause I do disable many I don't need, but with no success. Also tried WoW's in-game voip, but nothing there either.
Anyone know what the problem could be?
Thanks in advance.
EDIT:Here's the log I get when in debug mode
EDIT2:Also tried the ts test servers with no success,although ping worked on voice.teamspeak.org.Also,don't know if this is of any help,I get assigned an ip outside the network,apparently different from the in-network ip.Pinging that ip gives me request time-out.Could be that server doesn't send me the packets?---------------------------------------------------------------

Looks like you're getting a timeout error.

do you block UDP ? >> tech admins
do you have some router or something between you and your college network?
define others can connect.... meaning that also someone from same college network {eg. same dormitory building / very similiar IP?}
ping timeout/noreply
ping and whole ICMP protocol are meant as network tools. however mostly people{mean admins} blocks it also because for example ping is sometimes used for attacks/hacks if you allow them fully...
so it is set that way and it ignore them in this case {noreply}

Thanks for the replies.
ZeroTKA:
I have tried without the firewall (kaspersky internet security) and I also performed a sfc /scannow. Nothing changed.
Tomas:
I have checked with techs and they said no ports are being filtered whatsoever. I have no router,my nic connects directly to the plug.Not sure if I understood the third line, the last digits of the internal IPs we get change depending on the dorm room. So, I have X.X.X.23 and the next room has X.X.X.24. So, should I ask techs if ping is ignored?

define who others ?
where they are connecting from?
is it from same university network??
no dont ask them about pings.
it can be blocked in campus settings. it can be blocked elsewhere on way. it can be blocked at endpoint{TeamSpeak server}. it can be blocked by endpoint_firewall
Do you use Windows/linux/Mac ?? What kind?

I think where thomas is trying to get at is Who else can connect to the TS server you are trying to get to? Is it just your buddies that are scattered outside of your university or is it people within the university that can also connect?
The idea is to try and eliminate it being a setting the University has vs a setting on your computer or network.

aww/omg man I thought from previous post of yours that they are in university network!
when I saw zeroTKA post I thought "hmm well lol" now I am suprised that I wasnt clear enought even on second try.
I dunno did you read my previous question properly lol??? I believe now you didnt.
I know I am starting to repeat but did you asked them
as I post before? if their reply is No then idk and recommend some remoteSupport involmentdo you block UDP protocol ? >> tech admins
if they reply Yes then all you can do is some VPN/bridge(not hard) for teamspeak or other apps.

Yes,I have asked if udp is being filtered and their reply was that nothing's being filtered. Thanks for the help, but understanding your english was rather difficult and didn't want to offend you, zeroTKA helped me understand though.
