Hello, as all of you guys can see I'm new here.

I have been searching for about an ahour and I couldn't find any guide of this two things:

a) How to Register on TeamSpeak.
b) How to Create my own TeamSpeak Channel or server or however you guys call it.

a. what exactly are you asking?? and at what address of teamspeak server?
if you are asking about http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=getstarted these servers then you dont need to register anywhere if you want to use it.
b. to create a channel right click on some other channel in left part of teamspeak and pick in menu create channel..... you can do same thing with menu channel in teamspeak.

TeamSpeak client is free to use.
TeamSpeak server if free to use as long as you/company who maintain the TeamSpeak servers doesnt exceed 1000 max users and will not claim money for providing that TeamSpeak servers..
but you should read licence to be sure about those.

so download a TeamSpeak client and install it if you didnt did that yet.
find some server you will connect to or use the one in getstarted page here...(inside TeamSpeak client)

B. to create a server well open FAQ page ; download also server ; install it, read manual guide and you might need set some portforwards on router and depending how many players/users will be using server and configured coded you will need a VERY good upload/download...
I dont recommend you that ... I got that impression from ya.
