Help with finding a way to make radio effect for TS

Hey,
So here's the thing, me and a bounch of guys bought a private server for Flight Simulator and we're dying to fly in the server and talk to each other at the same time as real as it can sound.

We're looking for a way to make the voice of the speakers in the TS server a bit "radioish" so it'll sound like we're actually talking with an air traffic controller or somthing similiar to that...

Any chance someone here can help us with it?

BTW, I saw in a few posts here that people asked for something similiar to that and always ended up with the answer "TS Noise" - so, no, TS Noise isn't what i'm looking for

You can try a crappy codec but there is no way to get what you want and have clear voices.

yea use lower codecs
drop each X packet :]]] (hahah but might do some trick)
or maybe try some very distant teamspeak server too.

Those saying that you cannot have a good radio effect on TS may be right.. for TS. I fly on a multiplayer for flightsim called vatsim, and the radio effect is terrific, so perhaps the developers of TS could contact vatsim for advice on how to create this effect.
I am not trying to tell the developers how to run their business, but the radio effect would bring more users on board I think. Teecee.

Any development on this? surely it can be done.. perhaps a switch on/off for radio sound?
