i have downloaded teamspeak 2, just dont know how to use on a game

did you download the server-file or the client?

if you downloaded the server: install it, run it, join it and tell others to join it too.
if you downloaded the client: install it, run it, join a ts-server and talk to people on that server.

im new with teamspeak, so please be specific with the directions

If you're just looking to use teamspeak with a couple of friends, you dont necessarily have to run a server - you can just use one of the public servers provided and then create a channel for you and your buddies (so you dont have to listen to people you dont want to on the default channel)...

If you find you're unsatisfied with the public servers, you can run your own server... Running and installing a server is actually pretty painless, especially when compared TC's competitors.

But above all... TeamSpeak comes with a manual - and a pretty good one at that - you really should read it.
