Server Issues

First, I know probably hundreds of thousands of people have previously had this issue and there is probably a post about it right below this one, but I think I have an individual case. As follows,

The IP My TS Gives Me: 192.168.0.194
My "External" IP: 99.162.114.206

Here is the problem, it is now the 5th person that tells me that they get an error when trying to connect, with either IP + port or no port, no differences, no one can connect besides me (obviously). Anyone have some clues?

yea most likely router and/or firewall.
have you set portforward??

Your case is not special.
