Balance Issue with Logitech G35 and G930

Since the last update of teamspeak my teamspeak sounds only going from the right side of the headset,, dont got any clue how to fix it and its really annoying because i dont hear it equal as before
FOr the rest my headset is fine like youtube and ingame no problems only in teamspeak 3

I have the Logitech G930 as well. It was working fine until the latest TS3 update came out. Then all of the sudden I lost sound in the right ear. But only for Teamspeak. All other game sounds are fine. Let me know if you would like me to test anything. I'm open to suggestions.

So just after I posted last, I noticed that Teamspeak was again working in both ears. The only thing that I did was to run dxdiag.exe and save out a text file from it.

I'll post back later and let you know if it's still working.

I have Logitech 930 never had problem left side is really low when listening to others speak all other sounds including ts3 women is fine .. Any ideas??????

Client 3.0.6 detects all G35 devices and activates "Play mono sounds over center speaker if..." by default. This will fix the balance issue, but i could be that another bug in logitechs software will be activated.
Option 1: Live with the that balance issue or activate dolby mode
Option 2: Activate "Play mono sounds over center speaker if..." under Settings > Options Playback

We are wrking for an workaround, but it's not done yet.

Hi

I have the following problem:
I have about ~ 1 week ago made ​​an update of TS3. Everything so far still okay.
Now if I change channel or somewhere inside I hear the join only on the right side of the headset. As soon as someone speaks I hear it on both sides of the headset (Youtube, Winamp, Windowsmp, system sounds, I hear all the other games on both)

But I play for example. Diablo 3, I hear from both movies and talks just right. (music, but during the interviews on both)

Thus we come to the problem:
How can I release? I've already installed the driver ~ 5 times again.
Installs new Ts3.
G930 plays only with USB.
Diablo 3 new installs.
switched around in all Windows settings sound.
The only thing is that I possibly modify the settings from 7.1 to stereo needs ... but how it works in Windows 7!

I just can not really go any further. ^ ^

I googled about 2 hours now and honestly not really found what applies to me.

Hello Guys,

today I had spoken to the Logitech Customer Support and found out that If I want to use my G930 in 2.1 I had to use older Flash Player Version.At the moment I use the 10.03 Version Downloadable here.

Is there a way to use an older version of the Adobe Flash Player for Teamspeak3?
Cause If I am using 2.1 I just hear the voices and the Sounds on the right ear.Or is there any Plugin to fix it?

This is no bug from our side, this is a bug in logitechs driver.
We sue Mono sound on all speakers and they ahave the same volume on all speakers, the driver can't handle it.

I wonder, why they did not inform you about this known bug.

But maybe client 3.0.8 will convert mono sounds into stereo mode and avoids their bug

Client 3.0.9 will offer new playback options and hopefully solves all problems with any balance issuse or sound, that can not be heared anymore.

You will find them under Settings > Options > Playback
Please do not use Stereo mode on your headset
- with activated "mono To surround"
- with active "Always set clients 3D positions when available"
This will cause the damn balance issue from the logitech driver again
