User loses his group (permanent/temporary)

I have a user that I keep assigning a Channel Group to in the "Channel Groups if Client" window. My problem is whenever he leaves and rejoins the server, even though his name/unique id and everything is exactly the same... He loses the channel groups I previously assigned to him.

I don't have anymore Guinea pigs to test this on, but I don't think this is a just him error.

Hallo.

First i have ti say, that my english is not very well and i hope you understand what my problem is.

I´ve setup many virtual-server and all works fine. So, only one is a bad boy. If i create a SA Token and use it and leave the server and come back to it, i´am a normal guest without the SA rights. The Token is not available again.

So, i don´t understand the reason and hope that some one have any ideas to fix it.
