Yeah the GSP told me to D/L the server and get the docs out of there.
That is all fine and dandy but it does not tell you how to set up the server and what everything means.
The options are a bit confusing and some of the seem redundant.
Value? Skip? Negate? Grant?
Power & Needed Power?
Basically I don't yet understand how to set things up and I am frustrated by the lack of support for GSP provided servers.

well then here and now you'll get some GSP support.
Took me some time to figure things out as well, yet when you get it, you will have wow and love it :P
have you read the permissions doc, its a difficult to read document yet when you fully understand it, you also understand how permissions work.
Still for me it is only trial and error to get a certain function running, or disabled for some clients.
First thing you will have to know, every option has 2 functions the power function for whether you can execute the function and the needed_modify_ if you need to give other people the power. (this still is a bit confusing for me, the simple idea behind it that you need two permissions to get access to important stuff which makes is less easy to bypass, or make a mistake in setting up access. The confusing part for me is, that i feel that in the client permissions interface i do not have all options shown. (could be me, but simply couldn't find a certain option)
Then there is an Hierarchy on how this work with setting permissions, see the permissiondoc.txt for that.
Then you got the possibilities on every permission.
Value gives you the power, skip means to skip the value, negate will overrule all other set values of this specific function. (so if you set a function to negate then even as serverqueryadmin you will not have the function.) Granted, means that you can give other people the power to that value.
This is the way I understood things, I could be mistaken about some points if so please correct me.
Please note though that we are not yet live with selling TS3 servers yet, just to give our customers the full package. (so even a nice manual on how to setup your server.)

permissiondoc.txt explains it all.
its a bit trial and error with an extra account but that works the best. (then you can see the error, and lookup the correct corresponding permission using search)
only things important are, negate= overrule all, value = give permission, granted = give others the option.

lost AGAIN 8-(
ok did what you said in prev post. It seemed to work I got no error messages but my level is still set at 75 for everything.
Also it seems (And have not found out why) after anyone, even myself, logs in to the server, after a few minutes they are autokicked from the server. as if they have timed out or something. Is there somewhere I can set that allows it not to auto kick someone or expand the timer or something???
Maybe it is in the permissions settings have found nothing yet which I can tell is doing this but is VERY annoying.
any and all assistance ismost welcomed here.
And No I do not know anything about programming, I do good to get my word processor in winword to work well. Soi no fancy terms and click style words, I will not know what you are talking abut..
Baby steps please
1) Do this
2) Now push this
.....
eventually I will learn it but at my age I am already at a learning curve 8-(
thanks
Dark Uncle

Okay. Will ANY rented server provide access to the lvl 100 admin account? GameSpeak seems to think if i get control over that i will have control of every server they have for TS3. I don't know what to do and etc...

Why would you need a level 100 account. The only purpose i could possible think is maybe for serverquery but they could give that to you with the default sa template.
Assuming level 100 would give you access to any server is not correct
you could actually remove the ability for level 100 to do that. If there some feature your wanting that you dont have as a level 75sa its because they purposely locked it out or they dont understand the permissions

I just want an admin class that can't be banned by the premade server admins. It's my server, so I should NEVER be kicked/banned from it.

Setting up a full power group
Hi.
It is possible to set up a group with FULL permissions? Sure, I can do it with ServerQuery but that would take a VERY LONG time until I set up every permission by handwriting. Are there any tools or something?
Edit: If I understand correctly, I can set up every permission by mouse clicking the "Rights -> Server Groups" when I enter a valid Token, right? But if I want to enter a Token, it always says "duplicate entry" or "invalid permission" (or something like that).
Thanks!
