Invalid Parameter size?

I get this error everytime i try to connect to my friends server
<14:03:11> Trying to resolve hostname ts43.gameservers.com
<14:03:12> Connecting to server 8.9.36.41:9103
<14:03:12> invalid parameter size
<14:03:12> Failed to connect to server

Anyone know how to fix it?

have you got your phonetic nickname set? try deleting that and try again.

just to add to this thread.
You can add a phonetic nickname

The help file points to the use of two numbers 1 & 2, dont insert these, they cause the error message in the above post

Actually thats not the issue. I've been told in some other thread that the cause of this error was the characters limit of the phonetics nickname, that is 20 chars
