(Windows) Client Crashdump Collection

Hi there,

My TS3 client 64 bit win 7 is crashing non stop and asking me to upload the file to the forum to get help. I hope someone can help me with this matter.

The dump points to a crash in ws2_32.dll (Windows system DLL for network stuff), but the program steps inside this DLL actually comes from avcuf64.dll, which seems to be a part of BitDefender according to a Google search. While I don't know BitDefender in detail, I believe it hooks itself into network communication to monitor the traffic, which seems to cause the problem. I am afraid we won't have much influence on this particular crash. However, it's good to know the 32bit version is working for future appearance of this issue.

Hello, i have a crash on my Win 7 home premium 64 bits, after the TS connect and load the channels he crash, i dunno what is wrong because it works perfect some days ago..

Hey there. Since I updated to 3.0.6, I started having TS crash occasionally (2-3 times a day maybe). It pops up a dialog linking to a crash dump but doesn't specify what went wrong. Today it's happening repeatedly, sometimes running only for 3 or 4 minutes before having another crash.

Hey,

I got ts3 crash when i starting my game, League of Legends. When yhe game has start i go teh crash.


More information:

Version:3.0.6 (2012-04-20 11:14:18)
Platform: Windows 7 Profesional 64 bit.
Did it work before? no, its start when I instal new wersion 3.0.6


EDIT: Crashdump points to the volume control plugin. Disable it and TeamSpeak should be usable again with Leage of Legends.

i didnt to anything. just connected to the server waited a few minutes and then the client crashes.
