Hi there, my friend has an problem with Teamspeak installation, he simply downloaded installation file, then clicked on it and install instantly crashed with "The TS 3 client has crashed. There is a debug file that the developers can use to help fix the problem. Please upload the file to the TS Forums "

So, there's the debug file, thanks for reply

EDIT: That's a quite old client version. Please use the latest TeamSpeak client 3.0.7

    Teamspeak Error

I was using teamspeak perfectly fine then it started to crash and give me an error so I uninstalled it and installed it again but it still has the same problem. It's always been fine for me, this only happened one other time a few weeks ago but updating it solved the problem.

Please let me know if there is anything else I should upload and how I can fix the problem. Thank you.

EDIT: Reminder to myself: Crash in speex. We are investigating this, havn't seen this crashdump before.

Sobald ich den Teamspeak Server starte kommt immer die Fehlermeldung die sich im Anhang befindet.
Manchmal komme ich garnicht mehr ins TS rein

    Liebe Grüße

EDIT: Unfortunately the crash happens at an unknown location, and you don't seem to run any plugins. Hard to tell what is happening.

    Error while starting TS3

    Hello,

After i started my computer and wanted to start Teamspeak 3 i'm getting a error message that the program has been crashed. And that i have to upload the file on the forum.

    Can anyone help me ?

EDIT: The crash is unfortuantely at an unknown location, so it's hard to tell what is happening. Please update to the latest client 3.0.7 and try disabling the two plugins you use.

Crash while game or other stuff.

There are 3 report from last 3 crash of my client.
I do nothing, ust speak with friends, then got crash.

EDIT: Unknown crash location, unfortunately. Impossible to tell the reason from the dumps. Try disabling the G15 plugin and see if that might resolve the issue. Or try to switch from Windows Audio Session to Direct Sound for capture and playback devices and check if this makes any difference.

I was playing ArmA 2 with ACRE as a plugin.

EDIT: Crash is in the volume control plugin, not the ACRE plugin. Please disable the plugin or update to the latest TeamSpeak client version 3.0.7

    TS3 3.0.7 client crashed.

EDIT: Crash appears to be caused by a plugin, but the dump doesn't tell which one. You have a couple of third-party plugins enabled, please disable or delete them to try to identify the faulty plugin. If it's a third-party plugin, please contact the plugin author.

Teamspeak was running fine, then my headset stopped responding (USB) now whenever I try and launch TS, it crashes, I've tried unplugging my headset aswell.

EDIT: Crash is in Direct Input, which is used for the Hotkeys. With client version 3.0.7 we offer two alternative hotkey systems, trying to workaround this issue.
Open the TS3Client configuration directory, by default in C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\TS3Client
    Delete hotkeys.ini
Try starting TeamSpeak. Then go to the Hotkeys Options page and change the Hotkey System to "Default" (which is not Direct Input anymore since 3.0.7)

Or open the configuration file ts3clientui_qt.conf in any text editor and look for a line "HotkeyMode=0". Change this to "HotkeyMode=2" or "HotkeyMode=1" (0 = DirectInput, 1 = Keyboard & Mouse only, 2 = Default). Restart TeamSpeak.

EDIT: The crash happens in XFire (xfire_toucan64_45547.xll). Please disable the XFire voice chat while using TeamSpeak, this seems to cause problems when running together with TeamSpeak.

    Teamspeak Dump file.

I was just restarting my computer when i relogged and tried to open up teamspeak it gives me the" the teamspeak3 client has crashed. there is a debug file that developers can use to help fix the problem . please upload the file to the teamspeak forums" error. I do not run any plugins or at least not that i know of. i tried to reinstall but same error

EDIT: Crash appears to happen when loading urls.dat in your TS3Client configuration folder. Please delete this file and see if that resolves the issue. If yes, it would be helpful if you could send me the file (best via PM), so I can check what's happening. At the moment I don't really understand how this could cause a crash.

    Teamspeak crashes all the time.

EDIT: Crash appears to happen in a plugin. You have a couple of plugins loaded, try to disable them step-by-step to identify the faulty one. Also try to disable the volume control plugin, this has been known to cause problems for some users. Also please update your client to the latest version 3.0.7.

He tried 3.0.7, same problem, there's .dmp file.

EDIT: Thanks for the updated dump. Crash is in sapi.dll, the Windows Text-To-Speech engine. Sapi is initialized by TeamSpeak pretty early when the client starts. Are there by chance any custom TTS engines installed, or no TTS engine present? The code runs until TeamSpeak attempts to load TTS, then boom inside the Windows TTS Dll when trying to initialize. Very strange...

EDIT: Crash appears to happen when loading urls.dat in your TS3Client configuration folder.
Please rename this file and see if that resolves the issue. If yes, it would be helpful if you
could send me the file (best via PM), so I can check what's happening.

EDIT: i didnt find any urls.dat on my computer :/ i tried to reinstall the program twice but still have the same problem.

EDIT: You can find it with Win + R > %appdata%\TS3Client\
