Default Text to Speech - Speakers Not Headset
If I use the 'Default Sound Pack' all is fine, however if I choose 'Default Text to Speech', the notifications come out of my speakers and not my headset regardless of the playback profile.

That is because the TTS sounds come from the default playback device of the system (or other if set in TTS windows advanced options) and the other sounds come from the output device you selected on teamspeak settings.

CP > Voice Recognition > Text to Speech (left pane) > Advanced
