Sorry, but this viewer only works when at min. 1 person is online at the server. Additionally I have a question:
Is there no way to see the details without connecting as user? I have the old TS2 sounds installed and every time a i-net user opens the portal page I get a "new player"..."player left". With TS2 viewer I never had this problem.

To disable user connect / user left sound, go to settings -> Options -> applications and disable the show serverquery client

You can also create a variable in ts_config.
eg:

And then change the row in ts3view.php to this.

Thanks, but maybe it should be default as off in next version
I still have the problem, that I couldn't use it cause if no client is connected it will not show my portal from WBB3.1.x. Only if one client is connected it works.

I'm sorry, I'm really not inclined to boost your forum numbers just for a php script that I could write my self, or dozens have written in a similar fashion before me.

Please remove that absurd requirement, or provide an alternate link.
