TS3 Commercial Licensing

What is the pricing for TS3 commercial licensing?

Also, we run a TS3 server at the moment which is free for anybody to use, although it uses a for-profit business' capacity, it is most certainly not being sold on or profited on in any way. Can this particular server be used on an NPL licence?

Hi there.

2) Just as with TS2, the key factor which determines whether or not you are required to be licensed is whether we classify your operation as a commercial entity. So in other words, it has absolutely nothing at all to do with whether you choose to sell or make money off the server you're hosting. The bottom line is, if you're hosting a TeamSpeak server and it is part of your commercial operation in any way, shape, or form, it MUST be licensed. Many ATHPs setup "test servers" free of charge and such servers must still be licensed. Still others include TeamSpeak servers as part of their game server hosting packages without necessarily imposing an "added" charge to the TeamSpeak portion of the game server. Again, these servers must still be licensed because they are part of a commercial operation.
