Server crashes. Which port to open in firewall for connection to accounting server?
I installed the licence file.
Now the server starts up, but whenever the first client wants to connect, it crashes with the following log:
My (windows) server ist tightly locked down with a firewall (both incoming and outgoing connections). Which port has to be opened for an OUTGOING connection to the accounting server?Code:2009-12-21 21:39:14.365524|INFO |ServerLibPriv | | Server Version: 3.0.0-beta1 [Build: 9366] 2009-12-21 21:39:14.366524|INFO |DatabaseQuery | | dbPlugin name: SQLite3 plugin, (c)TeamSpeak Systems GmbH 2009-12-21 21:39:14.366524|INFO |DatabaseQuery | | dbPlugin version: 3.6.10 2009-12-21 21:39:35.438524|DEVELOP | | | TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 10060 2009-12-21 21:39:35.438524|ERROR |Accounting | | Unable to connect to accounting server 2009-12-21 21:39:35.441524|ERROR |ServerLibPriv | | Server() error while starting servermanager, error: unable to connect to accounting server

I fixed by adding an allow exception for IP=62.146.63.84
which resolves to accounting.teamspeak.com

Both didn't help.
I added a rule to the firewall that connections to the given IP were allowed. I also allowed that port explicitely.
The server still crashes though.
Edit: Obviously this is a problem with my firewall. When I try to connect to account.teamspeak.com to port 2008 from my local desktop computer, the connection is refused instantly. If I try the same thing from my server, the TCP SYN request times out.Last edited by PhoenixHawk; 22-12-2009 at 08:59.
