Setting permissions when renting a server.

I bought my server from gamerservers.com and the token they give me really doesn't allow for too much, not even avatars. So I ask, any way to solve this problem on my own? Also, I tried the guide for server query and it say I have insufficient permissions.

Avatars and File Sharing on gameservers.com don't work and may never work... because they said during testing of the file sharing, they noticed half the people using it... were uploading illegal files. So they may never offer the service and if they do, there may be an extra charge as well as a possible agreement to be signed stating that if caught using the file system for illegal transfers that your server will be shut down without refund... they looking into options though and thats about it. Also was told they won't even consider enabling this until TS3 is out of beta... sucks big time.

I think your gonna find a lot of providers disabling the file sharing.
Or your going to have to purchase additional addon packages that add space and bandwidth. Which all are probably going to have a very strict tos
Although disabling avatars is kinda dumb as long as the filesizes arent too high
