File Transfer - avatar Problems

I have set a virtual server with licens and admin rights,but it seems not possible to upload files (or download)

I always get the systemerror message "mit fehler beendet: could not open file transfer connection"
the same happens,when i try to set a avatar.
What can i do to solve the problem`?

Ps:eine antwort auf deutsch geht auch.

ok i have solve the problem by editing the server groups at file transer..just skipped all

There several things. First your port 30033 must be open. Second the user needs rights to do this. Please check the rights system.

Da gibt es einige Dinge die man beachten sollte. Als erstes muss in der Firewall der Port frei sein und danach musst du dir mal das rechte system angucken. Aber das ist hier im Forum schon groß und breit erklärt.
