Whats the output of "sh TeamSpeak3-Client-linux_amd64-3.0.0-beta2.run"?
does it give a error like "command not found"?

Or just:
- Right click on TeamSpeak3-Client-linux_amd64-3.0.0-beta7.run
- Propeties
- Permissions
- Check "allow to run as program"
- Double-click it
- Install!
This is how I did using Gnome on Linux Mint 7 'Gloria' 64bit at least.
